Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NI Biz (the "Service"). By creating a store or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service

NI Biz is a point-of-sale and inventory management platform for retail and wholesale shops, providing billing, stock tracking, barcode generation, customer SMS notifications and sales reporting.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

Subscription and billing

Access to the Service is billed at ৳3,000 per month, plus a one-time ৳10,000 installation fee for setup and onboarding. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our pricing with reasonable advance notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or any related systems.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited or fraudulent messages to customers.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Your data

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you submit. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NI Biz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
